How PayTidy handles account, billing and workspace data.

Last updated: 28 June 2026

Who this policy is for

This policy explains how PayTidy handles personal data when you visit the website, create an account, use the app, contact support or manage billing.

PayTidy is designed for UK small businesses. If you add customer, quote or invoice information, you are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis to process and upload that information.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, login information and workspace settings.

The app may store business profile details, client records, quotes, invoices, payment statuses, reminder drafts, uploaded logos and support messages you choose to provide.

Billing is handled by Stripe. PayTidy does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide the PayTidy service, save your workspace, authenticate your account, support billing, respond to support requests and improve reliability.

We may use technical logs to diagnose errors, protect the service and understand aggregate usage.

Processors and third parties

PayTidy uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, billing and email delivery. Current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Resend where configured.

These providers process data only as needed to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your account remains active unless deletion is requested or required by law.

You can contact support@paytidy.co.uk to request account help, data export or deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data.

Contact support@paytidy.co.uk if you want to exercise these rights.
