PayTidy is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You should speak to a qualified adviser where needed.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless you tell us promptly that your account may have been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Subscription changes, cancellations and payment method updates may be handled through the Stripe customer portal where available.

Your content

You keep ownership of the business, client, quote, invoice and logo information you add to PayTidy.

You grant PayTidy the permission needed to store, process and display that information so the service can work.

Acceptable use

Do not use PayTidy for unlawful activity, abusive messages, malicious files, spam, security testing without permission or attempts to access another user's data.

We may suspend access if use of the service creates security, legal or operational risk.
